Terms of Service

These terms govern any project, service, or engagement between Softtechnix ("we", "us") and a client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Project Scope

Every project begins with an agreed scope, timeline, and price, shared over WhatsApp, email, or a written proposal. Work outside that scope is treated as an additional request and quoted separately.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones. Prices listed on our Pricing page are starting estimates — final cost depends on the specific requirements discussed with you.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revision rounds as described at the time of quoting. Additional revisions beyond that are billed separately.

4. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered code, designs, and assets transfers to you. Softtechnix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. Support

Free support windows are limited to bug fixes related to work we delivered, not new features. Ongoing maintenance beyond the free window is available as a separate arrangement.

6. Liability

We aim for reliable, well-tested delivery, but we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs) that we integrate but do not operate.
