Gym Application

The Brief

Membership and class-booking app for gyms, with progress tracking.

Our Approach

We scoped the build around Flutter, Firebase, prioritizing a fast first release and iterating with the client after real user feedback.

Outcome

Shipped to production with a clean, maintainable codebase the client's team (or ours) can keep extending.
