The Problem
The gym's old site was a single static page with no way to compare membership plans or understand pricing terms, leading to a lot of repetitive phone inquiries.
The Solution
We designed a clear plans page with pricing, contract terms, and promotions laid out side by side, plus a simple inquiry form.
The Result
Membership inquiries through the website replaced most of the repetitive phone calls the front desk used to handle.
